Diabetes Center at Park Plaza Hospital is an educational center that strives to help individuals living with diabetes learn how to manage their disease. The Diabetes Center at Park Plaza Hospital has been recognized by the American Diabetes Association for Quality Self-Management Education*.

Our team of diabetes professionals includes a registered dietician, a registered nurse and a certified diabetes educator. We provide educational classes covering a wide range of topics, from pre-diabetes and diabetes self management to gestational diabetes management. We offer group classes in English and Spanish.
